Nobody complained, nobody changed it.  Novel concept comes up in my head, I can make my editorials of a bigger size too just like this, and it won't be a big deal.

My editorials.  Note that when updating the front page I don't deviate from the regular size (although I've disagreed with the size in the past), not counting the one and only recent example which was done obviously for the effect of exaggeration.

So let's get this straight- for my work, I make it my size.  For regular site work like updates, I use the common size there.  I don't deviate there, I'm very consistent there.  Nobody complained about the editorial Leia put up or the size of it (note- just ask her and she'll confirm to you it was that size to begin with) so there's no excuse for someone to magically develop complaints about me.

However, SJR's crossed the line.  Right now after he fessed up to altering the size, he AGAIN did it.  He didn't ask anybody, or do a vote, he just did it and declared it automatically within his realm of authority.  And for the record, the size of the editorials wasn't even 1/4th the size he claimed they were, and I myself chose size settings no greater than 2 or 3.

In any case, I don't mess with anybody's fanfics or stories or art or any DVD reviews, and if I were to I'd be sure to ask ahead of time or tell them after the fact.  My work here I put in is time volunteered, none of us get paid for our work so all of our work should be treated with respect by all of us.  SJR's broken that line of respect and he continues to do so.  What should we do about this? [/B][/QUOTE]

Finally, this font size thing. How the hell could something so trivial set off so many fireworks? I know we've all voiced our opinions before, so I'll be brief. The fact that I prefer the smaller font notwithstanding, the site should be uniform and consistent in all content it puts up. For starters, I put it up at night and the next morning it was already edited.  First of all we're to believe that people would complain to other people about Person A's work instead of Person A himself.  Not only that but we're to believe that all of those people were afraid or unwilling to talk to Person A for various odd reasons.  And then we have to believe that they all complained only to ONE other staffer as opposed to the dozen or so others.  And THEN we have to believe that they all flocked to do so during an 8-10 period during the least-accessed time period for the site.

And even if we're to assume all of the above, that still offers absolutely nothing resembling a rational explanation as to why you'd do so anonymously, and it doesn't take very much thinking to realize that editing someone's work without bothering to tell me is very far from the "best" way to "avoid" trouble with them..  And regardless of "telling/warning" other staffers, for some reason you chose not to disclose it to others (like Leia) and I don't see any rational reason why someone why tell a select group of staffers instead of all of them while also leaving out the person whose work was being edited.

And whenever you want to tell me anytsomething, complain about me or give me "advice" you have a habit of creating a giant topic and doing so very loudly in the above manner, despite the fact I've repeatedly asked you not to in the past.  Not sure what your motives are though, I sure don't do that to you.  When I complained about you linking to a site that sells bootlegs I did so in the topic itself as opposed to creating a giant topic like say "SJR- site policies on linking to illegal bootleg sites.  We need all the staffers to come here and review our policy once more"

Once after you demanded I be fired and set up a voting topic because "everything he does is shit.  SHIT" and because I complained about the site layout.  A 2nd time after you finally got under my skin enough that I attacked you on aim harshly you saved the convo, rushed to show it to as many other staff members as humanly possible, lied about me saying I was abandoning the site while then talking about "standing behind Ilj and all my friends", all the while attacking me nonstop and repeatedly nasty things behind my back to other staff members to make them hate me as much as possible.
