A new Doremi project?
QuickQuote

For those of you who don't know this yet, I have returned to TOEI as a freelance animator following my resignation and a brief stint as a customer service phone monkey, a job which I hated more than, well, life itself.
Anyway, a co-worker of mine was looking at the production sheet of the workload we were to recieve in the following days when he pointed out to me that "Doremi" was listed. At first, we wondered about it, since Doremi ended around last year. It was no error, the background department was receiving work for a new Doremi project, and it was listed as "number one" (#1).
It's far too early to tell what this new Doremi project is to get excited. For all we know, it could just be an animated commercial. Rest assured, if I find out anything else, I'll gladly share details.

Welcome back to the boards Sun WuKong! And of course, welcome back to Toei!

Yeah, I think I heard something about them wanting to make a new Doremi series a while ago. LimePie should be pretty excited to hear the news. I still haven't seen Magical Doremi (and the 4Kids dub isn't coming out until fall of this year or next year.....) but I wouldn't be adverse to watching some fansubs of it if any are out there.

Here's an update folks: the new Doremi project is called "Doremi Naishyo" apparently, and based on the character designs that have been dug up the story takes place during the third season, " Motto Doremi". New characters will be introduced. I do not know for certain how long this Doremi project is, but so far I have seen at least 2 episodes listed. If this is a mini-series, it may come out as a TV special or maybe direct-to-video.

13 episodes, a new episode available every two weeks on SkyPerfect pay-per-view starting June 26th. Starting later this year, Ojamajo Doremi Na~i~sho will be released on DVD (7 DVDs total.) Yay!
